Finley Group President, Richard H. Finley – Richard Finley is an entrepreneur and political consultant. For over 30 years, Richard has been involved in public and private economic development, property management, market research and new product development. He is 28-year member of the Alabama Republican Party, serves as a member of the State Party’s steering committee, and as Founder and Chairman of the Alabama Republican Council-which is the advocacy group for African Americans with in the state party. Richard holds a BS Degree in Business Administration from Miles College, and completed additional studies at Lincoln University and Georgia State University. He began his professional career in New York City with the Irving Trust Company and worked for C&S National Bank in Atlanta and AmSouth Bank in Birmingham.
